Stayed here after a rather long gap ... a few years! This is one of the older 5-star properties in Hyderabad and still one of the best! While we didn't spend much time at the hotel as we had come over for a wedding, we found the service exemplary - true ITC style. The ITC One room was spacious and well-equipped. Staff were courteous throughout and very responsive. A couple of cons - some confusion at the Marco Polo bar regarding my Platinum member eligibility. Also, service during breakfast could have been a bit faster. Else, a perfect stay!

The checkin was smooth, the staff were very friendly and well groomed. the beds and the pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread was excellent. The bakery items, especially the muffins were exceptional. If you want a quiet room take it away from the lift.
